As a customer of BIOT, I have found their services to be average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I have had some issues with the customer support team. They are not very responsive and it takes a long time to get a resolution to my problems. Overall, I would say that BIOT is a decent company but there is definitely room for improvement.
