As a customer of Backpacker Treks and Expedition, I would rate their services as average. The company website walkinginnepal.com provided helpful information about different trekking trips in Nepal. However, I found the overall experience to be just satisfactory. The guides were knowledgeable, but the customer service could have been better. The accommodation and meals provided during the trek were basic. I expected a little more in terms of comfort and variety. Nonetheless, the trek itself was beautiful and I enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains.
