Customer service is terrible.

Customer service is terrible.
No one answers the phone for over 1/2 hour and when they do they claim to try to connect you to someone only to hang up on you

Had brought my wife to the ER which she was held in a room for 7 hours in cold before admittance to a room

When visiting a nasty large fat woman security guard attempted to intimidate her guests instead of guiding them to the patients room

If you can I suggest you avoid this sub par poor excuse of a hospital
