We did the two day pass which included the Eastern State Penitentiary. We rode out to ESP then ended up walking to Franklin Institute after waiting over 90 minutes for another bus. The guides are great but unfortunately the every 15 minutes doesn t happen. Would I recommend them, no. If you re in decent health you don t need a bus it truly is a great walking town.
