I recently purchased some items from shopsupport.com.au and overall I had an okay experience. The products arrived on time and were of decent quality. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives seemed disinterested and were not very helpful with my inquiries. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.
