I rate Aventa personalmanagement gmbh as average. The company is pretty good overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. Their website aventa-berlin.de provides useful information about their services and job opportunities. However, I found some of the processes to be a bit slow and could be more efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I had a decent experience with Aventa, but I believe there are better companies out there.
