I have been a customer of Brainsphere Informationworks GmbH for the past two years and I must say, their services are simply average. While they have a great website with a user-friendly interface, their customer support leaves much to be desired. Whenever I encounter an issue, it takes them a significant amount of time to resolve it. Moreover, their response rate is quite slow. I hope they can improve these aspects in the future.
