I had a mixed experience with Peakout. While I appreciate their user-friendly website design, I found the customer support team somewhat unresponsive. The quality of the products I purchased was decent, but not outstanding. Overall, I would rate my experience with Peakout as average. They have room for improvement in certain areas. Nonetheless, I believe they have the potential to be a great company if they focus on enhancing their customer service.
