I had a not-so-great experience with Susie's Cleaning Services INC. The cleaners arrived late, and their work was not up to par. There were areas that were missed, and the overall result was disappointing. I reached out to customer service, and they were responsive and offered to resend a team to redo the cleaning. The second time, the cleaners did a much better job. While I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation, I expected better quality of service in the first place.
