I had a mixed experience with Belmar Realty CO. While their website was easy to navigate and they had a good selection of properties, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were delays in their responses and it felt like they were not giving my concerns enough attention. They need to improve their communication and responsiveness to truly provide a great experience.
