We had the pleasure of purchasing our first house with the help of Jonathan Oltersdorf with Oltersdorf Realty. He was able to quickly and efficiently answer all questions that we had (there were A LOT). Working Jonathan reduced our stress level as he handled everything in a professional and timely manner. He was able to show us houses the same day they came on the market and is invested in finding his clients their perfect real estate investment! After closing we were provided a wonderful bound book with all of our documents easily accessible that we have referenced many time (taxes) since purchasing.
