Couldn't attend a pre-op appointment for Maxillofacial due to vomiting bug, absolutely NO-ONE answers the phone. When I got through (trying every half hour for 2 days solid) the person I needed 'wasn't at their desk' & a message was taken. Then try to reschedule another & no-one is answering the phone again. Try going through switchboard to be put through by a rude receptionist who 'doesn't want to know the issue, just the department, only to be ignored & pushed through to Outpatient Appointments. Another answerphone. Don't hold out much hope of a response & most likely they'll end my treatment for non-attendance!
