The experience with Server Racks Online was somewhat mixed. While the quality of their racks was excellent and their website was easy to navigate, their customer service left a lot to be desired. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and the overall communication was lacking. However, the product itself was great, and I am happy with my purchase.
