I would not recommend this company to anyone. We paid extra for the termite inspection and nothing extra was completed to determine if there was any damage, in fact, he almost forgot to mention it until I asked at the end. $90 down the drain. There were some other issues that came up after we purchased the house and moved in that I feel should have been mentioned as larger issues in the inspection but Nate simply brushed them off as easy "minor" fixes, when they weren't. When I mentioned my frustrations, I was met with a phone call that was immediately accusatory and defensive. It seemed the only reason he called was to tell me that I was wrong instead of trying to understand my concerns. It was very unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do now except to say that I would not recommend this company for a home inspection.
