Inconsistent. Can't deliver on promised speed..

Inconsistent. Connection down multiple times a day. Their contractors are unable to fix and blame issues on your computer even though you prove to them it isn't by having a secondary internet provider that can provide the speed promised and clocked on the pc.
They promised 1 gb down speed. Only got 400 mb. Switched connection in front of them to xfinity and was clocking over 1gb down.
Never trust their service. I work from home and WILL keep a backup service.
Apartment complex has forced this on us.
Under Trump's laws, we now have no recourse.
