As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Greenfoot technologies for quite some time now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is responsive. However, there are some areas where they can improve. The loading time of the website can be a bit slow at times and there have been a few instances of downtime. Overall, it's an okay experience.
