So 5am i was woken with the sounds of my water hea...

So 5am i was woken with the sounds of my water heater draining water within my walls.. I called the non emergency department to get some out to help turn my water off before it burts.. I was advised to call a repair man at 5 am who in the hell is ip fixing at 5am... so i call 911 once i noticed that my water started bubbling through my walls creating a hole spraying water fire department was a great help! But damage could of been prevented if the non emergency would have sent someone sooner.
