I graduated from Multnomah University with a degree in Biblical and Theological Studies in 2018. I am beyond thankful for my time at MU. The community is fantastic. Whether it is worshiping around a campfire, playing Frisbee in the field, cheering at the sporting games, having Bible studies or cramming to watch movies in the dorms, there is always fun and meaningful ways to connect in this community.

One question that stood out to me from my time in the Bible and Theology program is Why does this matter? I was challenged to think about why the Bible is important in the past, present and future. Not only was I challenged to think, but I was taught under brilliant professors from varied Christian traditions. Being a multi-denominational school, I was able to learn from various perspectives. None of my professors every wanted me to walk away with their exact view, but rather to learn from them and to think critically for myself. I was taught how to continue learning beyond MU.

I cannot thank Multnomah University enough for the experience and knowledge that I gained from my time there.
