I had a somewhat average experience with an executive search firm. While they were able to find me a job, there were some miscommunications and delays along the way. I didn't feel like the process was as streamlined as it could have been, and there were times when I had to follow up for updates. However, they did ultimately find me a suitable position, and I appreciate their efforts in that regard.
