I bought a pair of Sanagens shoes recently and they didn't meet my expectations. While the design was nice, the comfort level was average at best. I also found the sizing to be a bit off. The customer service was helpful when I contacted them, but I wish the shoes were more comfortable. I hope Sanagens takes this feedback into consideration and improves their product.
