Worst title company ever. Mary, the closer/receptionist was horrible.
She caused delays for my buyer to close on time, she yelled at me for asking basic questions. She yelled at my lender and her closer. She is rude and abrasive.
She had mistakes all over the sellers closing docs. Our closing took 2.5 hours...
I asked her if she had a list of home warranty companies that my buyer could choose from. She then said it s not my job to choose a company and I said I m not asking you to choose, I m simply asking if you have a list, like most title companies
Over all horrible experience.
