Jointech it is an average company. Their service is satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I have used their services for a few months now and haven't encountered any major issues. However, I feel that there is room for improvement. The customer support could be more responsive, and the overall user experience could be smoother. Overall, it's a decent company to work with, but not exceptional.
