I found myself at the right place at the right time. As I was making my way to work, fourth and williams, bicycle express, I walked past city hall and noticed a Mariachi band, I had noticed an employee of city and had to get one. I volunteered for the grand opening of the rotunda! I was late getting to bicycle express but I did get that shirt!
