I have been a loyal customer of Entrinsik, inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. Though they have a good range of products, I feel like their customer support could be improved. The response time for issue resolution can be quite slow at times. Overall, I am satisfied with their offerings but there is definitely room for improvement.
