The experience with this travel agency was pretty average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of packages. However, the overall customer service was lackluster. The staff was not very friendly or helpful in answering my questions. It seemed like they were just going through the motions without any genuine interest in assisting me. Additionally, the prices were on the higher end compared to other travel agencies I have used.
