I recently purchased custom shades for my home from this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of options available. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service; it took quite a while to get a response to my inquiries. The installation process was smooth, but the final product was not as high quality as I had hoped for the price. The shades do their job, but I expected better in terms of design and material. Overall, it's an average experience. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and product quality to better serve their customers. 🏡👎
