I recently had a mixed experience with Southern forest. While their products are of decent quality, the customer service left much to be desired. I had an issue with one of my orders and it took several follow-ups to get it resolved. The slow response time and lack of proactive communication were frustrating. I hope Southern forest takes customer service improvement seriously in order to provide a better experience for their customers.
