I recently purchased reusable products from this company's website. The products are decent, but the website and the online shopping experience left much to be desired. The website was not very user-friendly, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. Additionally, the checkout process was a bit confusing. However, the products arrived on time and were of good quality, so I cannot entirely discredit the company. I hope that they can improve their website to make it more intuitive for customers in the future.
