I had the opportunity to work with Dimension Data (Switzerland) recently and I must say that it was an average experience overall. The team was competent and the communication was good, but there were some areas where improvement is needed. The project delivery was delayed by a week, which caused some inconvenience for us. However, the final outcome was satisfactory and met our requirements. I would consider working with them again if they address the issues and improve their delivery timeline.
