An excellent service. They really answer in a few seconds. Unlike telephone companies in Lyreco, they do not have an external call center, so whoever answers is competent people and the company. Consultants are also super helpful and prepared. My consultant responds to emails very quickly and always with a solution to the problem. At least as far as Florence is concerned.
