After 3 days of trying to get someone on the phone...

After 3 days of trying to get someone on the phone to help I get offered a call back. When called back I get a woman who has a thick accent and talks 90 mph. When I said I couldn't understand her. She got upset. Told me to call back and hung up on me. Which is going to put me and my family another week behind. Thank you Gov Desantos
