TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .My friend was visiting from england and just got in the country .The same day of this we had planed to have him stay here as I paid for him to have first class plane ride and a 2019 tesla to drive him while he stays here . I planned The perfect visit and it was ruined .I was not aloud to come in to the hotel I was told no guest allowed . I was told by front desk they dont need to prove me anything I asked to speak to manager they told me to talk to the police . they assumed with in two seconds of seeing me thst I was not allowed bescuse I might play loud music and smoke weed . I had nothing I could think of besides me being black . I was furious n offended . I own a clothing and jewlery store and would never let this type of person work in my store no one should get treated the way I was treated at this hotel . not even my worst enemy . if it was on recording it would of made news
