Poor customer service

Bought a product.
Delivered same day and within 1-2hours of delivery I addressed an issue concerning the state of the product.
I was advised they would check with their dispatcher.
From there no further communication despite my reaching out numerous times to inquire on what if any resolution would be provided.
They do not follow any policies they clearly outline on product quality etc.
