I moved into one of Renshaw's properties 1 year ago, I signed a 3 year lease, but was emailed and informed that I had to sign a new lease and pay an additional 10% a month. After I found paperwork proving that I had signed longer than a 12 month lease, I was told that I was "lucky" that I didn't get charged for breaking my lease early. I also did not receive my security deposit back. So after paying for a new place and having to move my family during a world health pandemic, I'm the lucky one for not paying for the clerical mistakes that they made.
