I paid $3000 for a Murphy bed from closet works. During installation they came out 3 times to fix the pistons on the bed because they would not lock in place properly. This has continued to be a problem. Sometimes they would then they would not unlock. They told me everything was fine and if the bed would not unlock I should just call them. 3 years later they still don t work and every time I want it unlocked so I can put the bed up it costs $150. I would advise anyone to NEVER consider a Murphy bed from them. Terrible customer service!!!
