Chris Klass was excellent! A+! Troncalli treated me right!
For context, I am an executive over a North American sales organization at a large corporation and I have seen many sales people come and go over the years. I have dealt with all kinds of characters in this profession which is why I was so delighted by my experience with Chris Klass, a sales representative from Troncalli in Cumming, GA. Chris is a straight shooter, personable, genuine and there was no monkey business. He is very likeable, non-abrasive and really cares about matching people up with what they are looking for and educating the consumer to make informed decisions. Chris is a fair negotiator, he really listened to what I had to say and we came to a more than fair agreement on price and terms. I felt comfortable with him and like he was working in my best interest. I love my new car and am pleased with the value that Troncalli brought to the table. Additionally, I thought the other employees were warm, friendly and appreciative of my business as well.
