I recently used Einstein & Jones services and overall I had a pretty average experience. The company website, einsteinenjones.nl, was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. The response time was slow and the staff seemed uninformed about certain aspects of their services. The quality of the products I received was satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience with Einstein & Jones as average.
