Being pregnant, I was hesitant to join any fitness classes. However, Aquanatalis changed my perception completely. The classes were perfect for the stage I was in, and the instructors were incredibly supportive. I felt comfortable and safe during the sessions. I would definitely recommend Aquanatalis to all pregnant women.
