My experience with Kansas Big Bros Big Sisters has been positive overall. The organization does a good job of matching mentors with mentees and providing the necessary support. As a mentor, it's been fulfilling to see the positive impact I can make in a child's life. While there have been some challenges, the rewards far outweigh them.
