I switched to my current insurance provider a few years ago after having an unpleasant experience with State Farm Insurance. I found their customer service to be lacking and their rates to be higher than other companies. The claims process was also a hassle and took longer than expected. Overall, I was not satisfied with State Farm and would not recommend them.
