An individual client arrives, needs a non-standard printout with a cut-out and arranges an e-mail regarding the details of the order. Everything seems to be beautiful, but later it turns out that he corresponded with someone completely different (sick, drug-free) and the order is carried out by another employee. As long as it limited itself to the e-mail address - kindly - face to face - unpleasant, even rude service. I am not going to mention any doubts to the client - the employee is claiming and aggressive towards the client (on the principle "you have something to me?"). He left a good education at home, treats customers "from the shoe" and would like to show his middle finger, that someone wants something at all and in addition leaves money for it. Strange a bit, unless you want to "roll up business" quickly. I do not recommend.
