Airport / hotel transfers nothing to say. A person...

Airport / hotel transfers nothing to say. A person was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived with all the necessary documents for the stay.
However, for excursions, it is very badly organized. The drivers are not on time, we waited 1 hour for both excursions and no excuse!
