I had an average experience with Kite.ly. The website had some usability issues, and it was a bit confusing to navigate through the different customization options. The products I received were decent, but I expected better quality for the price. The customer service was responsive, but it took longer than expected to resolve my issue. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
