Worst hotel experience.

I travel quite often, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Check-in was at 3pm, we were told some other guests had requested a late check-out and our room was not ready. This continued for 4 hours, and we did not get our room until 7pm. That's right, 7pm when check-in was LISTED for 3pm!! When we finally got our room assignment it was incorrect. I booked a double queen room and was given a room with a single bed. When I went back down to the lobby I was told there were no double queen rooms available even though that IS WHAT I BOOKED.

So let's recap: check-in was 4 hours later than promised, and I did not even get the room I booked. I will say, they attempted to make it right by compensating us with a free room, but it honestly did not make up for the time lost on an already-short weekend getaway. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with how this was handled. I would suggest everyone spend their money elsewhere in Memphis.
