I recently had the opportunity to work with the Zangdokpalri Foundation, Inc. and I must say it was an average experience overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I felt that the organization lacked a clear sense of direction. The projects seemed disorganized and there was a lack of communication between team members. However, they did have some great initiatives and their dedication towards the cause was evident. I believe with some improvements, the foundation has the potential to make a significant impact.
