Not a good experience I went into the shop to speak to someone as I wanted recommendations over which mattress would be suitable. Firm enough but with a soft topping on it. I chose 3 and the sales man assured me that it would be suitable for our needs.
Well it was ridiculous they may as well of sold us a waterbed no support whatsoever you couldn t even lay on your side with falling over.
After 3 days I rang them and said this is useless we are both in lots of pain from trying to sleep on this.
Expecting that like most furniture companies that there was some sort of warranty on this. As they mis sold me something that wasn t right.
Oh no I was expected to keep the mattress and pay for another one.

So I wanted to warn people about this. Ie no returns policy.

As I feel this is seriously unfair!

I am now stuck with a king size mattress in the middle of my living room floor. Forgetting to mention seriously out of pocket.
