My friend missed her 5:00 appointment with the own...

My friend missed her 5:00 appointment with the owner yesterday, an honest mistake because it was busy at work, and when he emailed her about it, he was very disrespectful and pretty much lashed out. Instead of reminding her of the appointment and letting her know she missed it and offering a rescheduled appointment, he emailed her and said, "Thank you for wasting a lot of my time." She emailed him back and apologized for it and he emailed back a sarcastic "thanks". Owner or not, that is not a how a customer should be treated... ESPECIALLY if you own it. I can understand him being upset with her if she was constantly forgetting appointments with him, but this was a one-time thing. Unbelievable.
