I have been a customer of Southwest Behavioral Hlth Center for several years now and I can say with confidence that their services are average. The staff is friendly and professional, but I feel that the quality of care could be improved. There have been instances where I have had to wait longer than expected for my appointments, and the communication between the staff and myself could be better. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
