I have mixed feelings about my experience with this company. On one hand, they made an effort to honor fallen soldiers, which is commendable. On the other hand, their customer service was not up to par. It took a long time to get a response, and when I finally did, it wasn't very helpful. The website could also use some improvement in terms of usability. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
