The doctors are very professional and comfortable to speak with especially Dr. Ram and Dr. Nitin however, there is an employee seated at the receiving area named Sneha and downright rude to the patients. Does she expect patients to be well when they go to the clinic? She should be the one adjusting for the patients, she doesnt care about their queries. I tried asking her something she didnt even respond to me then when i asked again she gave me unwanted attitude saying "you should go to the nurse" with an awful looking reaction of her face. She is not supposed to be there please she is not fit for her job.
